(9) J.H. Horne Stainless Steel Formers with 42" diameter x 114" long cylinders with 14 mesh backing and 30/32 mesh wire, 18" couch rolls, and tapered inlets (Mfg. 1980). Octopus radial distributors used for profile control for top layer. (7) formers are type BRDA, (1) is a VTKR, and (1) is a counter-flow vat. (8) Goulds 3175, size 8 x 10 - 14 fan pumps rated 2000 GPM at 60' HD.
Presses:
Suction drum press with 30" diameter bottom brass suction roll and 18" diameter polyurethane covered drilled top roll. Rated 100 PLI
1st primary press with 23" diameter bottom rubber covered suction roll and 17 ½" diameter rubber covered blind drilled top roll. Rated 250 PLI
2nd primary press with a 32" diameter rubber covered suction roll and a 17 ½" diameter blind drilled roll. Rated 250 PLI
1st main press with a 32" diameter rubber covered suction roll and a 21" diameter Stonite roll. Rated 300 PLI.
2nd & 3rd main presses each with a 21 ½" diameter rubber covered bottom roll and a 21" diameter Stonite top roll. Each rated 400 PLI.

Calender Stack with 24" diameter bottom king roll and a 12" diameter intermediate roll. Each is equipped with Westpatt tail threaders.
Scanner:
Measurex 2200 "O" frame scanner. Complete DCS system installed in 1996.
Reel:
Beloit 3204 track reel with a 24" diameter x 110" face drum with a 2" rope groove, primary and secondary arms, and capable of winding up to approximately 90" diameter rolls.
Stock preparation and approach flow equipment consists of the following:
(1) Black Clawson 18' diameter Hydrapulper with size 4 drive and (2) 16' diameter Hydrapulpers each with size 3 drives. Each pulper has it's own junker, ragger, and infeed conveyor.
