Voith Tandem NipcoFlex Shoe Press: 1st Press Double felted, 2nd Press Single felted, Press Load: 5,200 PLI each, Entire press frames replaced with stainless steel in 2022, Spare smoothing roll and blind drilled roll.
Dryer Section: 34 Total Dryers, Size: 72" (1.8M) diameter, 150 PSI at 450°F, 3 sections configuration, Top and bottom felts, All ropes on dryers, Pocket ventilation on all dryers
Calendar Section: Rebuild in 2011, 1000 PLI, Controlled crown roll, Swimming roll
Reel & Winder Systems: Reel Section, Horizontal track reel, Voith JUD turn-up system installed 2020, Mantech auto tail threading system (2022) from last press to reel.
Rewinder: Beloit M-24 two-drum slitter rewinder: Shaftless 60" rewind. Rated 4500 FPM, Updated Dienes automatic knife positioning (2013), Siemens DC winder Drives and Control system installed 2013.
Vacuum System: Nash 904S2 series pumps, Nash M2 series pumps.
Included Spare Parts: Major rolls, Suction boxes & table elements, Main bearings, Drive shafts & drive motors, Gearboxes, Fan pump assembly, Additional spare rolls, felts, clothing, and parts
